> 15/10/11 - Our 2011 Christmas Party Has Been Booked - Are You Coming?

The Hop Pole, Commercial Road, Hereford on 10th December 2011 at 7PM. Sit down for food £12.95 for 2 courses £14.95 for 3 courses, Menu's are now available from Mark Evans and will be also posted out to the current Members by Charlie Bennett.

Menu's and options need to be in by 30th Nov 2011 for the numbers attending and a £5 deposit will be required by all members and guests attending, the remaining balance can be paid on the evening of the meal.

> 11/08/11 - Club Chairman Announcement & Secretary Change

Mark Evans has decided to step down as Chairman of the HLRC from Thursday 11th August. We respect Mark for his decision and further updates will be made soon.

With immediate effect Charlie Bennett previously acting as Club Secretary will now assume the role of Club Chairman until further notice.

The Club Secretary role has been forfilled by Nigel Haines.

We would like to thank Mark for his efforts in organising events for the HLRC and wish Charlie well in his additional role.

> 07/08/11 - Website Update & Changes

We have now closed our For Sale feature on the website as it was simply not being used. We have also taken this opportunity to separate the Sponsors & HLRC In The Media pages making them two different sections on the website.

The new Adverts & Sponsors page has been updated as M W MOT Centre has moved address and would also like to welcome Express Factors Hereford to the page. If you would like to advertise see the page for more details here >>

> 12/07/11 - New National Niva Owners Club Play Day Added

On 24th & 25th September at Coney Green, Stourport, Worcestershire we have been invited as a Club to attend. National Niva Owners Club have organinsed this event which is Free to attend and Camp. Originally set up for Lada Niva drivers but is now open to any 4x4. More information can be found on thier website nnoc.co.uk >>

To participate a cost of £45.00 for the day or £50 for the weekend is payable which includes the £15.00 Annual Membership to the NNOC. A special thanks goes out to all the Members that were able to make the Steam Fair last weekend. Your attendance and support for the Club was appreciated and we all had fun in the great weather.

This is a two day event and HLRC have applied for 10 Weekend Passes for camping/caravanning and 15 Wristbands for the event. The Club will put a Stand on at the even with Land Rovers and 4x4's.

HLRC has arranged at short notice a Play Day at Mecers' Track on Sunday 27th February at 10AM until 5PM.

Mike is setting up special stages so please all come along. No food is being served so please bring your own and the cost for the day is £15 pound per vehicle.
